Every new client at RAW has a ninety-minute initial assessment. The purpose of this is to gather information about your baseline fitness levels, goals, exercise, health history, current nutrition and lifestyle behaviours.
From this initial assessment, we plan your personalised training program, set long-term and short-term goals, and then agree on the best process for you.
If you have had trouble with weight loss in the past, it could be because of an imbalance in your body’s biochemistry, specifically a hormone imbalance. The over or underproduction of certain hormones will affect how and where you store body fat.
During your initial assessment we use Caliper measurements from 12 sites on the body to show your overall body fat percentage and lean mass percentage. Analysis and identifying areas with high-fat readings give us a scientific basis of what could be causing you problems. With a complete nutritional plan, supplements, and our one-on-one exercise program that targets the identified problem areas, we can help you reach your fitness goals.
Each week, we re-measured the sites and compare them to your initial assessment readings to ensure progress and motivate you to maintain your fitness goals successfully.
