At RAW, every new client receives a 60-minute initial assessment to evaluate fitness levels, health history, goals, nutrition, and lifestyle. This session helps us create a personalized training program with clear short- and long-term goals. We assess weight, body fat, blood pressure, flexibility, mobility, strength, endurance, and injury rehab needs. Nutritional advice is also provided, ensuring your training is tailored to your needs for the best possible results.

Body Fat Assessment
If you've struggled with weight loss, a hormone imbalance could be the cause. At RAW, we use 12-site Caliper measurements during your initial assessment to analyze body fat distribution and identify problem areas. This scientific approach helps us create a personalized training program, nutrition plan, and supplement strategy tailored to your needs. We track your progress closely, keeping you motivated and on the path to achieving your fitness goals.
