Nick joined RAW in January 2013. At that time his body fat percentage was 16.5%. Nick was subjected to the RAW personal training process after which we analyzed areas to work on. Our trainers offered him a comprehensive nutritional program where he was guided about potion sizes, meal frequency and pre- and post-workout nutrition. The proper nutrition plan combined with strength based training improved his body composition and reduced body fat percentage to 9.4% in August 2013, i.e. in just three months.
