Part of our fitness training services for every new client at RAW, is to have an initial assessment. The purpose of this is to gather information about our client’s baseline fitness levels, goals, exercise, health history and current nutrition, past injuries and lifestyle behaviours.
All of our fitness training services are one-on-one with your trainer and is by appointment only. This ensures you get our complete focus and attention during your training session. We check your progress weekly and make adjustments to the fitness plans accordingly.
