Jeremy Meyer is a personal fitness trainer in Hong Kong and founded RAW in January 2009. Under his guidance and leadership, RAW has produced successful body transformations and results for over ten years. It is often considered the best personal training studio in central Hong Kong. Jeremy has worked as a personal fitness trainer for 22 years. He has over two decades of practical experience with Personal Training, Body Transformations, Injury rehabilitation, strength training, energy system conditioning, sport-specific training and nutritional planning.
His empowering training style has motivated clients to surpass their self-imposed limitations and inspired them to achieve the goals that would be unattainable without his experience, knowledge and supervision. He is arguably the best, and unarguably, the most experienced personal fitness trainer in Hong Kong.
Jeremy was born in France and moved to the United States at the age of 15. He started playing rugby at a young age and switched to American Football, where he played at the high school and university level. He studied Exercise Science and Strength and Conditioning in university.
Jeremy Meyer moved to Hong Kong in 2006. He opened the first Personal Training Studio only in Central Hong Kong in 2009. Jeremy set the example by offering state of the art, private training environment where clients would get customized one on one coaching and nutritional advice. He preaches a no-nonsense, results-oriented approach to help every client achieve their personal goals in the shortest time possible.
