Fitness wasn’t always part of Annie’s life. Growing up in Hong Kong and Vancouver, she spent most of her time seated — whether it was practicing musical instruments or studying. Everything changed during her final year of university, when constant fatigue and vanity sparked a desire for a healthier lifestyle. What began as a personal journey turned into a graduate degree and full-time career in fitness over the past 10 years.
Training Philosophy
Annie meets her clients where they are and works collaboratively to help them reach their goals. She is supportive yet firm — holding clients accountable and pushing them appropriately. Her focus is on helping clients build confidence in their movement and ultimately find joy in exercise.
What drives Annie is seeing her clients grow in self-awareness, gain confidence, make everyday life easier, and apply their fitness progress to choices they make outside the gym.
