Integrates 3+ years of advanced yoga instruction (including prenatal/postnatal certification) and Pilates (mat/reformer) expertise, giving her an extensive tools for mobility, functional stretching, and core stability. She further enhance training safety and effectiveness through direct experience with rehabilitation, collaborating with physiotherapists to execute therapist-approved exercise programs for clients in clinical settings.
