Certified Personal Trainer | Multilingual Coach | Father of Two
Nizar moved to Hong Kong in 2018 with his wife, bringing with him a wealth of experience in combat sports and strength training.
Growing up with a father who was both a strength training enthusiast and a boxer, Nizar developed a passion for physical training from a young age. His athletic journey includes years of strength training and competitive experience in Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing in Thailand and Switzerland.
Transition to Coaching
After years of competing, Nizar transitioned to coaching to share the knowledge and insights he gained throughout his fitness journey. His approach is both balanced and sustainable, focusing on long-term health and strength.
Nizar holds a NASM Certification and has completed training in:
- CrossFit Level 1
- Corrective Exercise
- Pre and Postnatal Training
He is experienced in training individuals and groups at all levels, helping clients get stronger, fitter, and healthier while adapting to each person’s unique lifestyle needs.
A Coach Who Understands Parenthood
As a father of two young children, Nizar understands the challenges that come with balancing fitness and family life. This personal insight allows him to empathize deeply with parents and help them achieve their fitness goals despite a busy schedule.
