Nizar moved to Hong Kong from New Zealand in 2018 with his wife.
Growing up with a strength training enthusiast and Boxer as a father, Nizar had an interest in training since childhood.
After years of strength training and competing in Muay Thai, kickboxing and boxing in Thailand and Switzerland, Nizar transitioned to coaching to share his accumulated knowledge and experience.
Besides his NASM Certification, Nizar has worked on his Crossfit Level 1 exam, Pre/Postnatal coaching course, and Corrective Exercise. Being comfortable with coaching any level of trainees and groups, he loves helping people become fitter, stronger and healthier with a balanced and sustainable approach.
Since becoming a Father of two in 2020 & 2023, he is focusing on not letting the lack of sleep or time affect his performance and energy. He is dedicated to helping other parents achieve the same whilst understanding the pressures of family life.
He speaks Arabic, French, German, Italian and English, so feel free to approach him in any of these languages!
His favourite part of being a coach is being to help clients achieve the things they thought they couldn’t and to teach new skills continuously.
